Review: Teatoxing with Stay Lean Tea

Stay Lean Tea
I am tea over coffee kind of gal. I drink tea every morning and night (pretty much all day every day...sipping on green tea with roasted rice as I'm typing away). When I was given the opportunity to trial the 14 Day Tea Detox program by the lovely people at Stay Lean tea Australia, I was quite happy to give it a go. Now, I've never been into detoxing because the word 'laxatives' and the phrase, 'the ring of fire' sounds horrific. No, thank you.

What I really like about Stay Lean tea is the fact that they don't contain any laxatives and is 100% natural. The ingredients in the teas are loaded with all the good stuff like antioxidants, amino acids, vitamins, and catechins that all work together to stimulate fat loss and detoxify the body.

Stay Lean Tea
The tea claims to;
  • Give the metabolism a huge boost
  • Burn excess calories while at rest
  • Suppress appetite over a sustained period of time
  • Remove toxins from the digestive tract
  • Enhance nutrient absorption
  • Reduce bloating and water retention
  • Increase energy levels and boost the immune system
Stay Lean Tea
It is a 14-day detox program and it is instructed to drink one cup of the Lean Burner tea every day in the morning, and consume one cup of the Lean Cleanse Tea every second day in the afternoon. Personally, I found it quite  hard to remember to drink the Lean Cleanse Tea in the afternoon because I'm usually at Uni. If you can stick to this teatox program diligently for two weeks, you'll definitely see some great results.

The Lean Cleanse Tea contains:
Longjing green leaf, Chamomile, Chrysanthemum, Rose flower, Lavender, Roselle, Lemon Grass
Helps to clean the digestive tract and detoxify.
Lean Burner Tea contains:
Longjing green leaf, Pu'erh Tea Leaf, Dandelion Leaf, Lotus leaf, Lemon Grass, Oolong leaf, Goji Berry
Helps to suppress appetite and boost metabolism.

The taste itself is lovely. If you're not a fan of teas, I feel that you might find the Lean Burner tea taste more intense than the Lean Cleanse tea. I do prefer the taste of the Lean Cleanse tea because of the Rose flower and the tea also look pretty too. Bonus!

If you expect to see a huge weightloss then this isn't the tea for you. However, Stay Lean Tea really helps with reducing the bloating. The Lean Burner tea help with kickstarting the day and making you feel more energized and awake from the Caffeine in the Pu'erh tea and Oolong leaf. Whereas, the Lean Cleanse teas make you feel calmer and relax from the Chamomile, Chrysanthemum, Roseflower, and Lavender.

Overall, I'd recommend giving Stay Lean Tea a try. The 14-day detox program costs $39AUD. This program works well and you'll see results if you pair it with exercising regularly and eat healthily. It's a gentle detox that's also gentle on the tummy. If you'd like to give it a go, use the coupon code "botrc9" to get 10% off your purchase. Woohoo, happy teatoxing! :)
