Hey internet friends!! Today, I'll be sharing what I've been loving in the month of July. I think this is the first time that I posted the 'monthly favourites' on time [I think I deserve a pat on the back..]. Anyways, let's jump straight into my first fave which is..
SEE BY CHLOE PERFUME
This is one of the presents that I bought for myself, for my birthday last month. I had been eyeing this perfume for so long. Boy oh boy! So glad I have this scent of heaven in my life. This scent lingers on me for the majority of the day, which is a huge bonus. This fragrance has a sweet, fresh scent to it. It's not too overpowering for the nose, it's light and has a hint of sexiness to it. I've gotten compliments when wearing this, so you know that this is a winner. The packaging of the perfume is alright, their signature perfume with the bow is much more cuter. Anything with a bow, gets a big yahh-huhh from me!

BENEFIT THEY'RE REAL MASCARA
To be honest, when I first used this mascara I wasn't that impressed with it. I didn't get why this is every beauty blogger's cult favourite mascara. I left it in the back of my drawer for awhile. Then one day I decided to give it another go and I loved it. This is the ultimate mascara. It does everything you want a mascara to perform. It holds a curl well, volumises and lengthens your lashes. The biggest plus about the mascara, would be the wand itself. I like the little spikey ball at the end, which is great for getting those little, stubborn lashes on the inner corners of your eyes. As you can see from the photo above, I have three sample size of the mascara that I got from the Benefit mascara swap, magazine and an event. I'm not sure if I'd buy the full size mascara but I'm enjoying using these babies up.
REAL TECHNIQUES DUO FIBRE BRUSHES
I'm loving using the Real Techniques brushes and it's no surprise why. Their brushes are very well made and are high quality in my opinion. This duo fibre brush set is great because it retrains you from applying too much makeup [I like cake, but no one wants to look like a cake face]. The bristles feels incredibly soft on the skin. I use the little brush to contour my nose but it's a great blending brush for the eye-shadow too. The contouring/medium brush I use for duh..contouring. It picks up the right amount of product and blends well on the hollow of the cheeks. The large powder brush is great for applying loose powder to set the foundation. Bravo, Sam and Nic!
